1/Barr has done a lot of very heavy lifting for Trump, but keeping Rudy out of jail may be his most significant achievement.

Perhaps why he couldn't also save Bannon, Cohen, Flynn, Fruman, Gates, Manafort, Parnas, Parscale and Stone - had to prioritize.
2/Every attack against Biden has failed over the past two years. IC's been warning that all this Ukraine stuff was coming fr Russia. Senate report, unmasking, Durham all duds.

This new thing is crude, implausible and proves nothing.....it's pathetic.

3/Can we also marvel at how derivative it is of 2016 - mystery laptop appears w/damaging emails! Trumpworld, Fox, r/w ecosystem go crazy. Media bite. It turns out to be nothing in the end.

Helps explain Trump's bizarre attacks on Hunter at debate - he knew it was coming.

It's truly unbelievable that major GOP officials who've had COVID are returning to public life, ignoring CDC protocols, threatening to infect their colleagues/staff/supporters, w/o confirming 100% it is safe for them to do so.

Other nations should be looking at this in horror.
It remains unfathomable and deeply deeply corrupt that 4 years after establishing a new precedent that the will of the voters in a Presidential election year should determine a SCOTUS pick, Rs are moving ACB in midst of in clear electoral rejection of everything she stands for.
My god do we have do everything we can to vote these reckless lunatics out of office. This really is too much for all of us to take now.

Until the President's MD does just a full on television briefing with questions we have to assume Trump still has COVID, remains contagious.

The event Pence did YESTERDAY in Florida would not be allowed in any other modern nation. Large gathering, no social distancing, lightly masked, almost all SENIORS.

WTF has happened to the GOP? They are ending the election by trying to kill people.

Trump/GOP's failure to do what was required on COVID, incl course correcting when it was clear their non-plan was KILLING PEOPLE, remains hard to understand, explain.

But a failure of this magnitude can keep a party from power for decades - see 1932.

Let's review new developments in Trump's apparent new strategy of closing out election by attempting to infect as many people with COVID as possible....

First - pretty clear confirmation the President failed to follow Debate testing rules, lied about it:

So people did get sick from his day in MN 9 days ago... 9 cases so far, including 2 now in the hospital.

Why any state or locality would allow him to hold a rally now after what we've seen is a bit hard to understand...

As many feared, Coney Barrett may have exposed her kids to COVID while at the White House.

Reminder - every guest from IN that day, incl her family, violated DC health rules by not isolating for 14 days before venturing out.

Reminder that Trump pardoned right wing anti-government extremists who had been convicted for domestic terrorism and were in jail, serving time.

He released convicted terrorists from prison. Who does that?
We've had a series r/w terror plots, assassination attempts, murders this year - Las Vegas, Oakland, army private in Europe, Rittenhouse, now Michigan gov - and AG Barr has not held DOJ pressers announcing arrests, prosecutions for any of them.

It's a tacit sign of support.
Folks, this is a serious issue. Barr went to the DOJ press room repeatedly to invent a left wing terror threat which doesn't exist, but has never done the same for right wingers who've assassinated police, tried to kill US soldiers, kidnap Governors.

We all need to spend time in coming days on why Trumpworld has found it so difficult to fight the virus.

Yes, there was no federal response, but why did WH itself drop all CDC protocols? Why aren't they masking, isolating now? Why are the rules different for them?
Even after a virulent outbreak which has spread thru WH, campaign, Pentagon, Senate, House, CA/IN/NJ/OH and who knows where else, Trump, Pence, Meadows, Barr, Coney Barrett, Rudy still not isolating. Masking still appears optional. Why? Why can't they accept realities of COVID?
Their recklessness is endangering their closest aides, colleagues, family. Who would do that? Where does Meadows, for example, go at night? Who does he see? Dude was in hospital room w/Trump when POTUS had no mask on. He could be Corona Mary now. How can he still be working?
