BREAKING: Argentinian lawmaker Federico Fagioli (an electoral observer) is being held by Bolivian migration officials, who have also confiscated his travel documents. This follows days of threats by Bolivia's regime against those who'll be monitoring Sunday's elections.
Fagioli is a member of the official observer mission of the Argentinian Congress.
The police are refusing to give information on the case and have just said that they are 'carrying out orders from above', reports Bolivia's Human Rights Ombudsman.
