Similarly named Genetechma Finance Ltd is owned by Russian bank VEB

Guo Wengui's plane T7-GQM remarks list Genetchma Finance Limited in Hong Kong

Genetechma (spelled with additional 'e') Finance is in Cyprus and ultimately owned by Russia's VEB bank

It's not known if they are the same company or what connection Genetchma has to Guo Wengui plane

.@MacFinn44 also found that Genetechma Finance Limited is associated with one other plane M-HAWK.

A recent FinCen story described VEB subsidiary Genetechma Finance under scrutiny for links to possible arms sales. In 2013 Genetechma bought $34.6mil of helicopters from Russian state-owned company and sold to UAE company linked to sanctioned Sudanese govt
