How is it different from Chavhanke saying Muslims are systematically infiltrating govt machinery through UPSC? Will Supreme Court take suo motu cognizance of Pappu @RahulGandhi's unverified claim against RSS?
Many on our side & of course morons from other side are saying Pappu didn't name a community. If you see comments by SC, their main contention in stay order is "false claims on age limit/attempts for Muslims". Here Pappu is blurting nonsense without proofs
So, similarity with Pappu's nonsense against RSS & basis of order on Chavhanke remains false claims to provoke against a group of people. Stick to it. Courts need to be consistent with their judgment. Pappu's case is fit to be prosecuted. Suo motu or otherwise
