7. Lots of people are challenging the claim that the "pigs in a blanket" chant Trump referred to is a BLM chant.
According to this fact-check, the words were chanted in 2015 — before Trump's time — by a group unaffiliated with the official BLM movement. cnn.com/2020/07/02/pol…
8. We fact-checked Trump's "windmills cause cancer" thing back in 2019.

There are a few things I saw repeat across the replies.
Many people reported March being a pivotal moment. One person described their mom losing her job, spending more time on social media, and becoming a QAnon believer.
Then there are the respondents themselves. They were from everywhere, even outside the US. The youngest was 16, the oldest, 82.
Yesterday, we published a story about GOP Senate nominee Jason Lewis, who founded a members-only social media network called Galt.
Over the years it became host to conspiracy theories, racist rants, and a promo for a six-hour pro-Hitler documentary: buzzfeednews.com/article/janely…
In 2014, Lewis promoted the network on Fox Business. It functioned a bit like Reddit, people would buy or earn “Galtcoins” and then buy into causes or missions, kind of like upvotes.
Lewis touted fantastical numbers. He said the site got 12.8 million pageviews. That number couldn’t be verified but the FB page for Galt has about 1,000 likes.
Lewis also said the social media network raised $590,000 but he defaulted on a $25,000 loan to the company.
