2020 ballots cast account for 45 percent of nearly 9 million total votes counted in 2016 election.

Additional investigation is also occurring due to affidavit by former LEO who witnessed "stacks of driver's licenses" being used.

This has been appealed to Texas Supreme Court.

TX election law only legally allows drive through voting for those who meet criteria of being ill or unable to vote at centers for health reasons ... not covid fear or because they want to vote that way.
