Referral made 3 months after 4/18/19, but before 7/26/19. So, call it sometime between 7/19/19-7/25/19 that the criminal referral is made by bipartisan Senate Intel, signed by Warner & Burr.
5 days after the criminal referral re perjury breaks, WSJ news division (the good side of WSJ, not the shit tier editorial side) breaks this:

Please remember that the @nypost was used in a PR campaign which smeared Jeffrey Epstein’s teenage victims. The writer was @Darehgregorian, husband of @Maggienyt. Maggie’s mom works for PR man Howard Rubenstein, who did PR for Epstein.
Thus, it should NOT be a surprise @nypost is publishing falsehoods about Burisma/Hunter Biden.
Papers that run interference for rapists of underage girls have no ethics.
And families that run cover for them have none either.
