Art 26 Hindu Worshippers denomination right protected in legal personality of Hindu Deities is protective shield for Sanatana Dharma from secular state that we got on 26th Jan 1950 through pious efforts of Kanchi Paramacharya but lost time to reclaim this.
Pious purpose of Hindu Religious denomination worshippers (including ancient worshippers) & Deity constitutes Religious Character in legal personality of Deity protected u Art 26 from 26th Jan 1950. Changing defn of Religious denomination by SC to exclude Hindus is also barred
It is time to assert change in definition of Religious denomination that is used to deny Art 26 rights to Hindu Religious denomination worshippers in legal personality of a Hindu Deity existed on 26th Jan 1950 amounts to a barred conversion by judiciary
It is time for the centre to apply principles in Ayodhya judgement and rectify secular conversion of Hindu temples belonging to worshippers of Hindu Religious denomination by changing definition of Religious denomination by SC exclude Hindus worshippers
Clearly as observed by SP Mittal majority the view that followers of Hindu Religion worshippers constituted a religious denomination which was position pre-constitution was carried over in Art 26 Constitution & Shirur Mutt observations were based on this
Clearly Kerala HC full bench "Hindu public having belief in God and faith in temple worship is a religious denomination” follows Shirur Mutt correctly. One cannot apply below tests and declare judicially that follower worshippers of Hindu Religion are not a Religious denomination
The Uttarakhand HC quoting Sabarimala Judgement which is now under review and mechanically applying above tests to declare follower worshippers of Hindu Religion are not a Religious denomination is flawed as it amounts to changing what was protected u Art 26 on 26th Jan 1950
Vijaya dashami Chilkur Balaji Art 26 sankalp Hindu Temple Worship denomination members pls read 👇thread threadreaderapp.com/thread/1319620…
support appeal to Hon'ble PM @narendramodi ji to restore back Art 26 protection for our pious purpose protected in legal personality of Hindu Deities
Making the above appeal today because Shri Jayantu Swamy a great devotee of Lord Chilkur Balaji Deity was a staunch supporter of Chilkur Balaji Art 26 #DeityRightsMovement 🙏 & sacrificed for Temples Protection Movement through selfless Bhagavatha service.
Hindu temple worshippers were religious denomination along with Christians, Jews and Mahomedans worshippers (below extract from 1828 Missionary Gazetteer)and all equally got Art 26 rights on 26th Jan 1950 but Hindu temple worshippers alone lost this right
As per the 1904 judgement quoted by SC Ayodhya judgement the pious purpose of religious denomination of Hindu temple worshippers donations and the donated land etc. vested in the legal personality of a Hindu Deity. On 26th Jan 1950 this became constitutionally protected u Art 26.
The pious purpose of Hindu Deity incarnation is to teach us to perform sacred acts for Protection of Dharma👇protect pious purpose of our sacred acts till existence of Sun, Moon and Universe for Protection by Dharma. Art 26 protects this pious purpose in Deity legal personality
“Hindu public having belief in God and faith in temple worship is a religious denomination” definition of Kerala HC full bench best reflects the reality on 26th Jan 1950 when our Constitution with Art 26 protection was adopted with equal protection for all
SC a creature of Constitution using its interpretative power effectively has interpreted religious denomination in a way that in practice inserted an exception into Art 26 wording denied Art 26 protection selectively to the Hindu Temple Worship Sampradaya
Changing defn of Religious denomination which included Hindu Temple Worship Sampradaya “Hindu public having belief in God and faith in temple worship is a religious denomination” on 26th Jan 1950 changes Hindu Temples Religious Character bared u Sec 4
Pious purpose of "Hindu public having belief in God (Deity) and faith in Temple worship is a religious denomination" (Kerala HC full bench) who belong to all communities is protected in the legal personality of a Hindu Deity under Art 26 expl wide support
Pious purpose of "Hindu public having belief in God (Deity) and faith in Temple worship is a religious denomination" (Kerala HC full bench) ancestors who belong to all communities and sacrificed in Swami Vivekananda's words is protected in the legal personality of a Hindu Deity.
Over thousands of years every community established temples and donated properties in the form of Daanapatram in the name of our Hindu Deities and Art 26 protects the pious purpose of the entire devotee community in the legal personality of a Hindu Deity.
While Hindus in neighboring countries lost fundamental rights requiring CAA, Hindu Deities lost Art 26 right which protects the pious purpose of Deity and Devotees belonging to Hindu Temple Worship sampradaya from external Secular State & PIL activists.
While Hindus in neighboring countries lost fundamental rights due to partition, Hindu Deities who had fundamental rights above Kings in princely kingdoms lost their fundamental rights due to merger to form Bharath and SC Sabarimala interpretation that Hindu Deities have no rights
Shri @PandalaKottaram members of Lord Ayyappa family spearheaded the struggle for Lord Ayyappa Deity rights and also secured the promise from Hon'ble PM @narendramodi ji on April 18th 2019 on Deity Rights protection
