To let Trump/NRA supporters waist their time screaming in to a void I at a radom college student they’ve never met as they’re not registering voters and organizng and I am 😂
Why work harder when you can just get your opposition to waste a shit load of their time as you do homework 🙂
Also there’s a lot of wholesome comments I see that I can’t respond to but people are so kind 🥺
Yes I used Siri and no I this tweet is not important enough to correct you get the point.

Not to mention the work of parents, spouses and siblings of those that have died from gun violence in Parkland and everywhere across the United States that have done this work for decades and now are seeing the results of.
Imagine calling the immigrant parents that bring their children to the United States for a better life “Coyotes”
The level of xenophobia is sickening.
I know what a Coyote is T has a hist of generalizing anyone coming across the boarder, these parents are not coyotes The vast majority of kids come here with parents and he is trying to lump everyone in together erase refugee status by labeling them as he did calling them rapists
“There are sporadic examples of people arriving at the border with children who aren’t their own, though those are usually more distant family members (aunts and uncles, for example) or family friends. Nearly all of the kids at issue were, instead, traveling with their parents, “
That’s how many times between 1947 and 1989, the US via the CIA tried to change other nations’ governments through by covertly funding campaigns, supporting information warfare through propaganda campaigns, and the often violent assignation of democratically elected leaders.
Young people can stage a nonviolent political revolution over the coming decade but it will require all of us voting in consistently high # EVERY election, protesting, organizing and running for office and most importantly the persistence, love and community to overcome setbacks
To do so we must all practice the humility, kindness and grace to be the political leaders we need to be in order to create such change.
We must not fall for the slander espoused by those in power that says violence will solve our problems, they only say that so they can have an excuse to grow their authoritarianism.
I have seen how violence and hate destroys lives and communities- it is not the answer.
We may have lost the Supreme Court for a generation but it’s up to our generation to start to fix our racist electoral systems and our increasingly partisan judicial systems.
We must elect and be the people that support these reforms so everyone has an = voice in our government
The American people are losing their faith in an electoral system that fails to represent us equally because many of us live in a high population state.
We must build a truly democratic system of government that creates universal suffrage and equal representation for all of us.
The only way we can do this will be through decades of consistently high voting, protesting, organizing, running for office and more to be the change we need.
We must not lose faith because one, two or more elections will not solve this- it will take many but change will come.
In case it hasn’t been made clear yet by the 78 year old that is about to decide the entire future of our generation-
The “adults” in power are never going to give a fuck about young people until we force them to by voting & running against them to be the actual adults we need
Kids are being killed on their way to class and there way to school because the “adults” would rather protect the NRA than our fucking kids.
California is on fire because politicians would rather protect the oil cartel then our planet
It’s time to vote out these fucking idiots.
Our generation needs to be a generation of the leaders that we needed but for the next generation.
When our kids are dying on a daily basis from gun violence and climate change threatens to kill our species it’s not time to debate things it’s time to fucking do something.
