We fully agree, as many women do, and commend his bravery in standing up to anti-scientific, anti-feminist, nonsensical dogmatism in a climate that demands silence and conformity.

But we lament that such bravery is not in greater supply within a party that professes to fight against material inequality. We lament that there are some within Labour who actively contribute to this climate.

We hope his bravery stands as an example for others, within Lab & the broader left, who may face situations like Kevin in future. Principles only count for something if you stand for them when it is hard. Bravery requires having something to lose; all else is hypothetical.

A significant portion of the CamRadFems are Labour members. It is our party too. We are here and we are not going away. As students at the university, we stand alongside Mr Price as part of the Cambridge community. And as women we are grateful for his allyship. (6/6)
