"Trump lies about pandemic during presidential debate"
instead, crickets; pressrun.media/p/getting-away…
bc a President of the United States lying about a public health crisis during a presidential debate **is a big deal**

instead, it's all been normalized

2. McConnell conceded yesterday **he does not want Senate to vote on a relief bill** bc so many GOP members oppose it.

this has been the case for months! but press pretended Pelosi was standing in way of a deal.
3. press wanted a Both Sides story to decry "gridlock" and "dysfunction."

there is no Covid relief bill bc **GOP does not want a Covid relief bill**

this is not a complicated story, but press botched it over and over
