Bellagio has filed no financials as of yet, and the directors have operated related entities in the past, largely dissolved or dormant.
Bellagio Holdings (Dormant), Bellagio Europe Ltd (Liquidation), and Bellagio Time Ltd (dissolved). Bellagio Europe owed £40,000 to HMRC at time of liquidation.
The directors have another active company, Bellagio Football Ltd, with only £26,542 in assets (£423 less liabilities).

Instances such as these raise serious questions as to how effectively implemented the procurement process has been and how appropriately public funds have been spent on companies in trying to tackle the Coronavirus.
