Minus Art 26 rights which protects pious purpose of worshippers of Hindu Religious denomination in legal personality of Hindu Deities which existed on 26th Jan 1950 but is now available only for Muslims and Christians Hindus are now second class citizens.
Wish Lord Chilkur Balaji Deity blessings to @DrSandeepJSP garu on auspicious Vijayadashami day and request help to carry above message of Chilkur Balaji Art 26 #DeityRightsMovement @PawanKalyan

Hindu Religious denomination worshippers of Bharath you have a constitutional right to have the property used for the purposes for which it was dedicated. Along with the property this pious purpose of donor is vested in the Deity and protected u Art 26.
Lord Shri Rama has not only reclaimed His temple property at Ayodhya He has also enabled us to reclaim our ( Hindu Religious denomination worshippers) Art 26 rights vested in all Hindu Deities of Bharath which protects both the property & pious purpose frm external Secular threat Image
The pious purpose of the donation of the donor is vested along with the land in the Deity & it is not to build collector complex the secular state may for time being in management but it has no right to divert the purpose of the donation for secular gains.

Hindu Religious denomination Worshippers rep by Kanchi Paramacharya worked to insert Art 26 for protection of pious purpose of Sampradaya legal personality of Hindu Deities let us make reclaiming Art 26 right which existed 26th Jan 1950 our pious purpose

The origin of "Pecularism" can be dated to the day when the Union Govt in 1951 lead by late Shri Pandit Nehru did not respect the dharmik advice of then Hon'ble President late Shri Rajendra Prasad ji and gave assent to the draconian Madras Endowments Act of 1951 against Art 26 ImageImage
Worshippers belonging to Hindu Religious denomination join us in appeal to Hon'ble PM @narendramodi to rectify "pecularism" practiced in the name of "secularism" by fulfilling pious purpose of his own April 18th 2019 dharmik promise which secured victory.

PECULIARISM is
Protection for Muslims and Christian Institutions and denial of Article 26 Religious Denominational Rights to Hindus...

To prevent diversion of Deity lands happening in every state against pious purpose of ancient donors we need to reclaim Art 26 protection for pious purpose of worshippers of Hindu Religious denomination goal of Chilkur Balaji Art 26 #DeityRightsMovement
Along with supporting above appeal please also support Chilkur Balaji Art 26 #DeityRightsMovement to address the root cause of this "pecularism" problem that impacts only Hindu Temples.

Worshippers belonging to Hindu Religious denomination are all over Bharath the Secular Govt of TN should advertise such diversion all over Bharath it is not enough to ask for objections in some local news papers. We should ask that such info be put in SM.

Every Hindu temple of Bharath whichever State it is in belongs to the Worshippers of Hindu Religious denomination of Bharath and the pious purpose of the entire denomination is vested in the Deity and protected by Art 26 from external Secular State threat need to educate this.
Hindu Kings belonging to worshipper of Hindu Religious denomination of Bharath for thousands of years made donations vested in Hindu Deities. Vijayanagara & Maratha Kings protected Sanatana Dharma at most difficult times they may be no more but their pious purpose lives in Deity

"The affairs of Hindu Temples should not be in the hands of the Government machinery as this will eventually lead to destruction of the temple system in our country" Shri @IYRKRao garu to SC speaking truth in the spirit of सत्यमेव जयते no IAS association had guts to commend him. Image
"Govt mal-administration of Hindu temples.causing slow decay of Hinduism in rural areas & simultaneously enabling conversions & thereby giving advantage to other denominations going against secular spirit of Constitution" @IYRKRao to SC
Why no appreciation for Secular truth ?
There are many examples of Archakas standing up political pressure by showing guts recent being in the Sabarimala matter in defense of Deity & called names for it

guts that IAS officers need to show before political pressure in defense of public interest.

Art 26 Hindu Worshippers denomination right protected in legal personality of Hindu Deities is protective shield for Sanatana Dharma from secular state that we got on 26th Jan 1950 through pious efforts of Kanchi Paramacharya but lost time to reclaim this.
Pious purpose of Hindu Religious denomination worshippers (including ancient worshippers) & Deity constitutes Religious Character in legal personality of Deity protected u Art 26 from 26th Jan 1950. Changing defn of Religious denomination by SC to exclude Hindus is also barred
It is time to assert change in definition of Religious denomination that is used to deny Art 26 rights to Hindu Religious denomination worshippers in legal personality of a Hindu Deity existed on 26th Jan 1950 amounts to a barred conversion by judiciary

Clearly as observed by SP Mittal majority the view that followers of Hindu Religion worshippers constituted a religious denomination which was position pre-constitution was carried over in Art 26 Constitution & Shirur Mutt observations were based on this
Clearly Kerala HC full bench "Hindu public having belief in God and faith in temple worship is a religious denomination” follows Shirur Mutt correctly. One cannot apply below tests and declare judicially that follower worshippers of Hindu Religion are not a Religious denomination
The Uttarakhand HC quoting Sabarimala Judgement which is now under review and mechanically applying above tests to declare follower worshippers of Hindu Religion are not a Religious denomination is flawed as it amounts to changing what was protected u Art 26 on 26th Jan 1950
