Minus Art 26 rights which protects pious purpose of worshippers of Hindu Religious denomination in legal personality of Hindu Deities which existed on 26th Jan 1950 but is now available only for Muslims and Christians Hindus are now second class citizens.

Hindu Religious denomination worshippers of Bharath you have a constitutional right to have the property used for the purposes for which it was dedicated. Along with the property this pious purpose of donor is vested in the Deity and protected u Art 26.

The pious purpose of the donation of the donor is vested along with the land in the Deity & it is not to build collector complex the secular state may for time being in management but it has no right to divert the purpose of the donation for secular gains.

Worshippers belonging to Hindu Religious denomination are all over Bharath the Secular Govt of TN should advertise such diversion all over Bharath it is not enough to ask for objections in some local news papers. We should ask that such info be put in SM.

Every Hindu temple of Bharath whichever State it is in belongs to the Worshippers of Hindu Religious denomination of Bharath and the pious purpose of the entire denomination is vested in the Deity and protected by Art 26 from external Secular State threat need to educate this.
Hindu Kings belonging to worshipper of Hindu Religious denomination of Bharath for thousands of years made donations vested in Hindu Deities. Vijayanagara & Maratha Kings protected Sanatana Dharma at most difficult times they may be no more but their pious purpose lives in Deity

There are many examples of Archakas standing up political pressure by showing guts recent being in the Sabarimala matter in defense of Deity & called names for it

Clearly as observed by SP Mittal majority the view that followers of Hindu Religion worshippers constituted a religious denomination which was position pre-constitution was carried over in Art 26 Constitution & Shirur Mutt observations were based on this
Clearly Kerala HC full bench "Hindu public having belief in God and faith in temple worship is a religious denomination” follows Shirur Mutt correctly. One cannot apply below tests and declare judicially that follower worshippers of Hindu Religion are not a Religious denomination
The Uttarakhand HC quoting Sabarimala Judgement which is now under review and mechanically applying above tests to declare follower worshippers of Hindu Religion are not a Religious denomination is flawed as it amounts to changing what was protected u Art 26 on 26th Jan 1950
