Officers spotted a white 4 door Hyundai plate VSN443 driving extremely reckless. Officers not in pursuit and did not attempt a stop. Vehicle is in oncoming traffic and blowing stop signs and stop lights. ABLE-1 in surveillance mode overhead.
47th and Fort EB.
Still blowing by vehicle on the wrong side of the road.
WB 46th and Redman Ave.
72nd and Crown Point Ave. WB.
74th and Crown Point Ave. driving in a construction site.
Dead end. He is turning around.
Back EB approaching officers. Occupied by 3 or 4 black males.
SB on 72nd.
High rate of speed SB blowing intersections.
No cruisers are near the suspect vehicle.
WB Military from 72nd.
WB Fort from Military Ave.
WB Fort past 84th.
90th and Fort St. Wrecked out on the sidewalk. Foot bails.
Black male black sweatshirt white pants trying to carjack a vehicle.
All other suspects are still in the vehicle. Lots of bystanders in the area.
Officers out with the one that footbailed. ABLE-1 requesting a medic started.
Bystander in the vehicle that was stuck by the suspect is conscious and alert.
Major traffic closures being put in place.
Four or five suspects in custody.

Vehicle sounds like it was Signal 5. ABLE-1 reviewed video footage and determined only the one suspect passenger footbailed. All suspects in custody. One suspect and one bystander being evaluated by medics.
All passengers will be street released for unlawful occupancy.
M41 enroute to Immanuel Hospital Code 2 with a female no major physical injuries.
M52 enroute to Childrens Hospital Code 2 with 2 patients who are in police custody after running a stop light and being t-boned.
P1: 15 y/o unrestrained male passenger.
P2: 16 y/o unrestrained male passenger.
