I got turkey legs and wings for thanksgiving confit (from @Savenors) and I expected them to be smaller than this? like I knew they’d be big but like...I expected them to be smaller because they are local and sold by cut and not by weight? I uh...miscalculated #humblebragdiet Image
I did not grow up in a thanksgiving turkey family, we had ham/barbecued/made Nigerian food/went to restaurants etc but I have only made a whole turkey once a few years ago (it was the smallest one we could find) so idk my frame of reference definitely failed me on this one
