It should be ready to go on their first day. Introduce it at Noon on January 3rd. Yes, I know it's a Sunday. The GOP worked on Sunday to dismantle democracy, we can work on Sunday to restore it. The Senate should pass it quickly, sending it to the President's desk at 1 pm on 1/20

Signing it could be among the first acts of Biden's administration, but that's not all. They should also pass a new Voting Rights Act that mandates no more than 60 minutes wait time to vote, restores felon voting rights nationally, see Hillary's bills...

They should pass a Reproductive Justice Act that prohibits any undue burden on women's access to an abortion and define undue burden as traveling more than 500 miles, requiring two doctor visits, unnecessary ultrasounds, etc. but beyond abortion rights, also require insurance to

cover IVF and contraception - craft the language disallowing employers from denying coverage to employees based on religion. They can allow individuals to waive coverage, but not companies. Include well-baby care, infertility treatment.

and the health care for the mom during pregnancy...reproductive justice is more than not having babies you don't want. It is having babies when you do want them.

There needs to be a comprehensive LGBTIQA rights bill that makes gay marriage a legal right nationally. No state can infringe on the rights of people to marry. It must ban employment, housing, & adoption discrimination. Make it expansive enough to choke a bigot.

Recognize that the Equal Rights Amendment has been ratified.

If the SC gets salty, take away its jurisdiction. We don't need to expand the Court to shut this shit down.

Set retroactive term limits of 18 years on the Justices. That knocks out Thomas and Breyer and gives Biden two seats - still a 5-4 conservative majority, but here's the thing. 18 year terms makes replacement predictable and will end this kind of bullshit.

Also, during their first week, the House and Senate must pass the CARES Act and let signing it be the first act Biden takes.

But they don't need 100 days. They have had two years to draft & pass what we need. Pass it again, McConnell will have lost his desk.

And of course, this is all dependent on McConnell losing his desk. And he must. The GOP must lose by enough McConnell resigns out of self-pity. Shame he is not capable of.
