So Trump went to Pennsylvania to keep lying about NV? Here we go again:

"You know, they want to have a thing in Nevada where you don’t have to prove signature, minor things like that. Right?"

This is the stuff being put out by Trump, Laxalt and the state GOP. Utter garbage.
1/
FactCheck.org exposed this one today, and pointed out that not only do we have signature verification, but they are also lying about a supposed weakening of the requirement. From SOS FAQ:
"The bill did not ‘water down’ or weaken the signature verification process.”
2/
This nonsense about mail ballots -- Team Trump/state GOP will be in court on this again tomorrow questioning the integrity of some of the best election officials in the country -- is all they have left. By coincidence, the Dems are dominating the GOP in mail balloting here.
3/
This is their playbook around the country. I just hope there is a reckoning for everyone associated with this attempt to undermine the integrity of the NV election after Nov. 3. I repeat: The only known grifters and hacks are on the GOP side.

NOW: Trump in Nevada is mangling the state's name as he introduces groups endorsing him, which are absolutely no surprise. Very conservative groups, all.

Ne-vah-duh.

He calls these endorsements "a big deal."

They are not.

Who are these people? They are familiar faces to people in Nevada as lobbyists for very conservative agendas in Carson City, not that there's anything wrong with that.

But it would be "a big deal" if they endorsed Biden.

They all, of course, support Trump.
Now up: Candidate for CD4 Lisa Song Sutton whose campaign coincidentally was run by senior Trump adviser Robert Uithoven. She got 15 percent of the vote, not even close.

Frankly, I like to be endorsed by candidates who were winners.

Trump spending several minutes in NV talking about Michigan. I get it.
Now revving up the crowd with names of Pharma companies.

Strong!
"We're leading, you know, in the state of Nevada."

No.

No he is not.

Not even Adelson's poll™ showed him ahead.

The early voting blog is updated!

The latest:

Clark firewall: 32,000 Dem lead (9 percent of active voters have cast ballots)

Statewide: 40,000 Dem lead (9 percent have voted)

Ton of votes still out there.

Read, love, donate to our nonprofit.

Of course Washoe decides to post its numbers right after I post -- I added them. GOP won first day of in-person voting by 500, but Dems still have 2 to 1 lead thanks to mail ballots. 16 percent in!

Democratic - 23,821
Republican - 12,779
Others - 10,127
Total -46,727
UPDATE:

Clark has tallied.

Dems have a 54 percent to 24 percent lead in Clark in mail ballots returned (some will be rejected) plus in-person. That's a 35,000-ballot lead with about 10 percent of active voters in.

I'll post an update to my early voting blog in a few, but 1st: I just saw that while I was enjoying a glass of wine and great seafood last night, Laxalt and Grenell sicced their trolls on me, outraged at my suggestion Adam's grandfather would be appalled by what he is doing.
1/
I take nothing back. I knew Paul Laxalt. Paul Laxalt was the first pol who really impressed me. Adam Laxalt is no Paul Laxalt. Paul would have been appalled at anyone trying to undermine faith in elections, as his grandson is doing. Paul would have been appalled by Trump.
2/
What's more, you snowflakes, Adam wouldn't even exist in Nevada if he weren't exploiting his grandfather's name. No one would have paid any attention to him when he moved here to run, getting a sinecure at a law firm where he was known as a "trainwreck."

A thread on a couple of billionaires trying to influence NV's judicial races:
Sheldon Adelson and his wife recently poured $500K into a PAC set up by one of his consultants that humorously says it is designed "To improve the quality and impartiality of the Nevada Judiciary."
1/
They are almost entirely funding the PAC, which the consultant says is about to get involved in a state Supreme Court race (against @Ozzie4Nevada, I presume) and four District Court races. You know, to ensure "impartiality." Adelson has a history of not being happy w/judges.
2/
Once, back in the day, one of his advisers emphasized the importance of donating to judges. That adviser? Ex-Rep. Shelley Berkley. Then 5 years ago, just before he bought the RJ, 3 reporters were assigned to monitor a judge presiding over a big case. reviewjournal.com/local/local-la…

"TRUMP ENGINEERED A SUDDEN WINDFALL IN 2016 AS CAMPAIGN FUNDS DWINDLED"

"Tax records expose more than $21 million in highly unusual payments from the Las Vegas hotel Donald Trump owns with Phil Ruffin, routed through other Trump companies and paid out in cash."

#WeMatter
"The bulk of the money went through a company called Trump Las Vegas Sales and Marketing that had little previous income, no clear business purpose and no employees. The Trump-Ruffin joint venture wrote it all off as a business expense."

nytimes.com/interactive/20…
"Unless the payments were for actual business expenses, he said, claiming a tax deduction for them would be illegal. If they were not legitimate and were also used to fund Mr. Trump’s presidential run, they could be considered illegal campaign contributions."
