The DOJ filed a petition in US District Court of Massachusetts seeking to force Bain & Company to comply with their Civil Investigative Demand relating to Visa's proposed acquisition of Plaid Inc.
The DOJ issued a CID to Bain back in June asking for documents & answers to their questions, including docs that discussed Visa's pricing strategy, but Bain flat out refused and claimed "blanket privilege."
It looks like this is info that DOJ needs to decide whether or not to block Visa's acquisition of Plaid.

Ok, Bain did consulting work for Visa.
Was just searching for more info, and found a link to Bain H1-B Visa and green cards:

Arrested were:

Still at large are:

DOJ is giving a press conference related to China, and just said something about how many people who China claims are criminal fugitives aren't really criminal fugitives. They just claim so to try to get those people back to China.
So, does Guo Wengui fall under this category?
He's a Chinese exile who China claims committed crimes in China, but the US hasn't sent him back.

He's been working with Bannon.

WOW, WTF!?!! It almost sounds like the Republican Mauro Garza, who she works for, could be in on it!

It looks like Garza may be running against Joaquin Castro.

I sure hope they all get investigated!
Texas Attorney General said he is investigating.

She said she works for Garza, but does she really? Is anyone asking Garza about all of this?

Another fraudulent solar panel company, this one out of California.

Michael James Sweaney, founder and owner of Nanotech Engineering, was charged and already pled guilty to mail fraud for raising over $9.5 Million for efficient solar panels that didn’t actually exist.
Sweaney and his nephew, who was also charged, used sales people to cold call investors with fake claims that their solar panels cost 1/3 the price and generated electricity 3x more efficiently than others on the market.
They even went so far as to create a prop to make it appear that they’re fake, highly efficient solar panels were real. They also hired an actor & made a video of a fake demonstration.

I did see the video the first time I clicked on it, but I wonder why the video keeps flashing and saying “content not available” when I look at it again...
