I was thinking, for the best part of two years, all we heard on TV news and current events programmes or read in the paper or on Twitter was that anti-Semitism was rife and Jewish people were being abused on a daily basis.
Then Corbyn steps down and suddenly there was nothing - not a word. It was gone. The very act of changing leadership of the LP just removed the scourge of anti-Semitism overnight. Incredible really.... literally! Anyone with eyes to see knows what that was about and
if you choose to turn away and talk about attracting the middle ground and leadership qualities etc etc then you are condoning/celebrating the most blatant, despicable witch hunt - played out in full public view - that most of us have ever seen.
Even worse, if you continue to call Corbyn a racist or a condoner of anti-Semitism while you remain silent about the racists in Government and members of anti-Catholic organisations running LP branches in Scotland then you are on the wrong side of a very big red line.
And if you did all that knowing that the far right was on the march - remember them? The real threat to all minority ethnic communities including the Jewish community? If you did that, then I don't think you can ever cross back over that line. You made your choice.
