These are the ingredients and measurements you need for a medium size Bread roll

If you are making for more people, simply double the Measurements
Use warm milk to proof the yeast...not too hot & not cold

Oya combine the wet and ingredients together to form a dough.

Note: the dough should be sticky and Soft if you want a softer and chewy bread roll..

Don't be tempted to add more flour cause it's gumming your hand o🤣

Cover and leave to rise till it doubles in size.
Now this is where the real work begins...

If you have an oven...ignore the pot hack and bake between temperature 220C(430F) and 230C(450F) for 20 -40 minutes..monitor it sha.

That dark thing is called Soy Sauce. Most Chinese stuffs are incomplete without it.

Use as much Beef as you want...if you can't get the packaged shredded beef stripes from supermarkets, just buy your normal meat & cut into long thin stripes.. Any style you want sha😂

go as early as 6am for a fresh & Cheap deal.

Another option is that BOUNDARY Market, located between Ajegunle & Ijora.
2)FROZEN FOODS: for anything frozen foods like your Chicken, Gizzard, etc, best to go place in Lagos would be IJORA OLOPA Market.

If that place is too far for you, you can try OGBA & OYINGBO Market(inside Car Park)
