10) The very tactics of BLM/Antifa are criminal under DC's § 22–3312.02, yet @MayorBowser encourages them:

"To injure, intimidate, or interfere with any person because of his or her exercise of any right secured by federal or District of Columbia laws, ..."

15) In DC, committing "a violent act that creates a grave risk of causing significant bodily injury to the officer, shall be guilty of a felony" with imprisonment up to 10 years. The key here is "grave risk" and not simply the assault itself. Let's watch @MayorBowser's conduct.
