I used to wonder with metric standard and terminologies from West

"Business as usual" but never "Life as usual"

Ease of doing business not Ease of living

Strong business fundamentals but not strong family fundamental
Profit improvement never wage incremental

Business standard but never social standard

Consistent growth but never consistent pain endurance
Elite range never poor mans choice

Social strata but never equivocal strategy

Gender gap never about pay/wage gap

Successful among a lot but never all were successful
Life should not be a game of chance /competition

Everyone posses some good skill just that it's undervalued or unnoticed due to his situation

Heritage living emphasised more about working together where contribution are valued more than outcome
Human brain capacity is limit less

The so called successful candidate has had the same syllabus, question paper and same teacher the one had by failed candidate
Am not generalising the skill and merit but there is always a factor of situation /circumstances /chances in favour of those who succeed

I would value a sixty percent marks of special child equal to centum scorer as a Medico
But not our society or system of education
When I used to mentor a group of interns I ask for below average and average mark students

Rationale is that he is the guy who needs my support of mentoring

The super smart I have seen so far can survive by themselves or can easily outsmart others so doesn't require mentoring
If we apply these simple mindset changes to our approach of life you can be friend in need or at least you would have mastered that apple oranges comparison is useless
There is a lot of learning from our own ancestors way of life living thought process and social strata

They had less money than what we have today but more healthy and peaceful by being contented

West standards are now proven unusable for businesses too so count your blessings

2020 is a year of simplicity and frugality due to government and uncertainty due to the pandemic

Let's try to help out those who are really in need by helping them within our capacity

It may be buying a set of dress, buying some grocery for festive savouries or sweets
Buying them their medicine or paying for their little life insurance

These chaps are wary of government and they feel stigmatised by government officials whenever some benevolent scheme are announced for them
These folks are the unsung contributors of our society and welfare

They don't go out to streets and protest or turn out to be criminals like how they do in West

They take the burden with smile and keep doing the routine despite any odds thrown at them
