"Under no scenario will Donald Trump be declared a victor on election night," Biden campaign manager @jomalleydillon says on election briefing.
@jomalleydillon "When Donald Trump says ballots counted after midnight should be invalidated, he's just making that up," @jomalleydillon says, nothing that historically votes are always counted well after midnight and beyond.
@jomalleydillon "I think it's fairly clear particularly from the rhetoric of recent days that he's exhibiting an increasing level of desperation," Biden lawyer Bob Bauer says with slide countering the president's claims.
@jomalleydillon "If there's anything that demonstrates conclusively that the Trump voter suppression program and vote suppression rhetoric will fail, it's what we've seen of this extraordinary performance today on the part of our voters," Bob Bauer says.

Biden campaign manager Jen O'Malley Dillon: "Joe Biden is on track to win this election and he will be the next president of the United States ... We believe we are on a clear path to victory by this afternoon."
"Let's be extremely clear about something, if Donald Trump got his wish and we stopped counting ballots right now, Vice President Joe Biden would be the next president of the United States," O'Malley Dillon says.
"It is interesting to note that the count could have started earlier, and we could have had results earlier, but for the attempts of Republican legislators in Michigan and in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin to refuse to permit an earlier ballot count," Biden lawyer Bob Bauer says.
Biden official says “This is moving to a conclusion—& moving to a conclusion in our favor.” Confident they’ve won WI, have an “insurmountable lead” in MI and expect it called midday. “Confident” in PA & expect Philly VBM tonight or tmrw. GA pending Fulton today. NV called tmrw.
Hearing a lot of confidence from Biden camp and other Dem folks who see most of the outstanding battlegrounds breaking their way based on the kinds of votes that haven’t been counted yet.

NEWS: Biden says in “60 Minutes” interview he’d launch a 180-day national commission “of scholars, constitutional scholars, Democrats, Republicans, liberal, conservative” to study Supreme Court reforms.
Here’s a look from me and @yaffebellany at options that a Biden commission on Supreme Court reforms could consider in addition to expanding the court. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…
Demand Justice’s @brianefallon says Biden’s proposed SCOTUS commission “runs the risk of stalling momentum for serious reform. The window when Dems may have the power to implement Court reform may be short, & the timeline for a commission would only constrict the window further”
"We have to act as a nation," Biden says of climate change. "It shouldn't be so bad that millions of Americans live in the shadow of an orange sky and are left asking, is doomsday here?"
"It's happening everywhere. It's happening now. And it affects us all," Biden says of climate change.
"Donald Trump's climate denial may not have caused these fires and record floods and record hurricanes. But if he gets a second term, these hellish events will continue to become more common, more devastating and more deadly," Biden says.
