Manzou:The Ministry wishes to inform Parliament that 80% of the Ministry's funding requirements are in foreign currency. In this regard, inadequate allocation of this resource adversely affected the expenditure performance on our Diplomatic Missions. @MoFA_ZW

Manzou: Furniture at Diplomatic Missions is now obsolete. Although new vehicles were purchased for some Missions in 2018, some still have very old vehicles. These have long past their useful economic lives.

Manzou: @ZimTreasury has approved some of our programmes that we intend to execute in 2021. One of these is to engage the diaspora so that Zimbabweans outside can fully participate in the economic development of their country. @ParliamentZim

HON. NYONI: We are quite aware that roads in rural areas are in a dilapidated state, particularly feeder roads used by our rural communities. These roads, of course, are used for transport purposes to transport materials and people.
