This is a true story I've been holding until after the election.

In August I was contacted by a nationally well respected journalist. You know this person. The journalist had received a tip from someone associated with Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philly.

The tip was that Joe Biden was going to TJUH and getting laser treatment on his brain, probably for neuropathy, and was returning to get MRIs done to check the progress of the treatment.

TJUH is where Beau Biden was treated and also where Joe's son in law practiced.

Since I live near Philly, the journalist asked that I go up to TJUH and ask around. TJUH is a sprawling hospital campus, where this type of treatment could take place in any of three buildings. I did my best but was unable to find a second source.

If Biden was getting this treatment, it occurred to me he might be going in the off hours so as to avoid detection. Yes, I staked out two of the buildings in the wee AM hours. It was actually too big a job for a single person bc there are several entrances to cover.

I'm revealing this now for three reasons:
1. Others might have information that I was unable to find.
2. If the left had this tip on Trump, it would have leaked, he would have been asked about it, & Rachel Maddow would do a month's worth of shows, all premised with the word IF.

3. I want people to know how much discipline it takes for a good journalist to only have a single source on such a potentially huge story & just eat the whole thing. I completely respect this journalist for not creating a Steele Dossier type circus w/out having a 2nd source.
