🚨🚨🚨
It’s time to highlight Aliyev lies of possible "coexistence with Armenians " during Azerbaijani "War of Annihilation" in #NagornoKarabakh with facts & findings from #CoE .
There is no doubt that the final aim is massacre and ethnic cleansing of Armenians.
Other minorities in Azerbaijan also suffer and have serious Human rights problems, but below will be only those in relation to Armenians.
Some people do not understand that other minorities in Azerbaijan need to express loyalty in the form of hatred towards Armenians. To understand this, read quotations below.
The quotations are from last report on Azerbaijan by Advisory Committee On The Framework Convention For The Protection on National Minority.

and
The European Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI) report on Azerbaijan

A range of activities was organised to foster intercultural and interreligious understanding. Most of these seem to aim more at promoting “Azerbaijani multiculturalism” to the outside world rather than providing a forum for open exchange between different communities in society
The Advisory Committee ... that the concept [of multiculturalism] largely confines expressions of minority identity to the private sphere and that it is based on a narrow understanding of national minority identity in terms of minority cultures.
"... the ongoing conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh and perceived threats from neighbouring countries, creates an environment in which persons belonging to minorities feel the obligation to express loyalty to the state at the expense of their minority identities".
The strongest contrast observed by the Advisory Committee was that interlocutors from the authorities referred to as many as 30 000 Armenians living in Baku,
whereas according to the census only 104 persons in Baku self-identified as Armenian.
The [Az.] authorities explain this discrepancy in numbers by the fact that “the majority of these people are Armenian women married to Azerbaijani men and their children, who consider themselves as Azerbaijanis”.
This raises concerns about the actual application of the principle of free selfidentification of persons belonging to national minorities, which is based on awareness of the
right as well as the fact that no disadvantage shall result from this choice.
... attitude towards diversity in Azerbaijan contrasts starkly with the persistent hostile narrative against neighbouring Armenia. It is hardly possible to discern this official discourse against Armenia as a country from hate speech towards Armenians as an ethnic group.
The Advisory Committee is concerned that the ubiquitous use of inflammatory language by politicians and other public figures can have an adverse impact on society’s
perception of persons belonging to the Armenian minority.
"Political leaders, educational institutions and media have continued using hate speech against Armenians; an entire generation of Azerbaijanis has now grown up listening to
this hateful rhetoric"
"Human rights activists working inter alia towards reconciliation with Armenia have been sentenced to heavy prison terms on controversial accusations and
there are big concerns that hate speech provisions have been misused against the Talysh minority"
"The on-going wave of hate speech could lead to racist and homo/transphobic violence."
"in 2012 the authorities pardoned, released and promoted Ramil Safarov, who had been sentenced in Budapest to life imprisonment for the murder of an Armenian army officer, without taking into account the risk of cultivating a sense of impunity for the perpetrators of racist crime
" a study on hate speech in the media in Azerbaijani, Armenian and Georgian in October 2014 concluded that 342 (3.9%) out of the 8 679 Azerbaijani news items examined contained such statements."
"Hate speech was found in 8.8% of printed news items, 4.9% of electronic items and 2% of television programmes. Almost all of the 196 hate speech items dealing with
ethnic conflicts were targeted at Armenians."
"Politicians and civil servants were the main disseminators of hate speech, followed by journalists. Journalists had
often used posts from social networks, in particular Facebook, as their main source"
"Other sources confirm recurrent hate speech towards Armenians, which is connected with the conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh"
The Advisory Committee of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities(ACFC)noted “a persistent public narrative surrounding the conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh identifying [in]variably Armenia or Armenians as ‘the enemy’ and openly promulgating hate messages
there is a conflict-ridden domestic political discourse and Azerbaijan’s leadership, education system and media are very prolific in their denigration of Armenians.
Political opponents are accused of having Armenian roots or of receiving funds from Armenian sources.37 An entire generation of Azerbaijanis has now grown up listening to constant rhetoric of Armenian aggression
"... 91% perceived Armenia as Azerbaijan’s greatest enemy. As a result, the Armenians living in the country need to hide their ethnic affiliation and there is no organisation of the Armenian minority in the country with which ECRI’s delegation could have met".
