Cloture vote expected tomorrow, final confirmation vote expected Monday.
Senate Dems are going to try to force consideration of the Heroes Act (House Dems' COVID relief plan) and other bills.

Schumer on the floor denounces a "stain" on the Senate as Republicans push Barrett nomination forward.
Schumer is seeking unanimous consent to move the Senate into legislative session.

Thune counters, "this isn't serious," notes Schumer has tried to adjourn the Senate this week

Dems had planned to hold a press conference at the same time as the hearing, but Republicans moved so fast, Senate Judiciary finished voting about 45 minutes before Dems' press conference is set to start at 10:15am.
