This looks like a shop job to me. Look at the woman’s left arm below the elbow area. Part of her arm is moving out away from rest of her arm.
Look at the paper and note the blurred areas. At some points you can see additional text in those areas, but then they suddenly blur out.

We all know there is fraud, but come on with this one. You can’t even tell what the paper is because that’s also conveniently too blurry. The arm, though, is the biggest tell. I mean, really.
