1. The states were able to count the ballots in a timely fashion in 2016, and Donald Trump was the indisputable president-elect by 2 a.m. in the morning of the next day.  There were no questions about processes, no necessary litigation, etc.
2. Instead, they manufactured a Russian collusion hoax to undermine Trump's presidency.  But what happened between 2016 and 2020?
3. The Democrats decided to change election rules in several states and spent the time between 2016 and 2020 litigating, legislating, and bureaucratically instituting methods by which the next Democrat nominee would be greatly advantaged.
4. Obviously, this was a plan strategically instituted and, now, executed.  Moreover, notice how the Democrats want earlier and earlier voting before the actual election day, and later and later counting after the election day.  All of this creates chaos and confusion as well.
5.   Indeed, that is the real purpose of, among other things, mail-in voting, which Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats have demanded for the last year or so, using the coronavirus as a fig-leaf.
6. In sum, the Democrats were not going to tolerate the re-election of President Trump, having spent the last 4-years trying to drive him from office after his first election.

1. Is Adam Kinzinger a moron?  THAT is exactly what the Trump campaign's lawyers are doing!  It is only day 3.  Again, I am talking to real lawyers in the field, Kinzinger has not even attempted to talk to a single lawyer in the field.
2. So stop making asinine comments to the media, genius, unless you actually have done some minimal inquiry.  Although, I guess that's why the media keep seeking comments from this guy.  And have you noticed how the RINOs are starting to drop off and whine to the press?
3. They dare not help those who are legitimately and legally trying to address some very grave concerns.
"Rep. Adam Kinzinger, a Republican from Illinois, tweeted that the president's claims of fraud are 'getting insane.'...

1. The Washington Post’s Greg Sargent is a fool.  If you’re going to write about me at least listen to my radio show, jackass. I didn’t say a legislature should appoint the electors, although it can.
2. I said that the state legislature put in place election laws and the state Supreme Court, governor, etc, do not have the power to change those election laws.  Therefore, the law as passed by the legislature is controlling not the edicts from courts or governors.
3. In Pennsylvania, that means the legal votes are those votes made under the election laws passed by the legislature.

1. To Rubio, Christie, and others ... where were you when courts in PA and other states were unconstitutionally changing the state election laws in violation of Art. II of the federal constitution?
2. Hundreds of lawsuits were brought by the Democrats, working for Biden and the DNC, undertook this nationwide strategy and I heard little from the peanut galleries.
3. Moreover, numerous Democrat state legislatures changed their election laws in the recent past for the purpose of making it more difficult for Trump and Republicans to win, by changing mail-in voting rules, etc.  Again, this all matters.

1. I thought about waiting until my radio show to state this, but it must be said now:
All night and this morning, the media are playing with the electoral map and their declarations of who won what states, and in virtually every case it assists the Biden campaign.
2. North Carolina, Georgia, Alaska should all be called now for President Trump.  There was no legitimate reason to call Arizona early for Biden with so much of the vote out.  There was no reason to sit on Florida and Ohio for hours when those outcomes were quite clear.
3. The purpose is to make it appear that the President is not close to the 270 electoral vote number to win the presidency and to make it appear that the President was never going to be re-elected.

1. Let’s step back. I’ve been hearing commentators trying to normalize all these changes to voting procedures and court interventions and acting like this has gone on throughout our history or was compelled by the virus. That’s clearly not true.
2. Mail-in voting was pushed hard by the Democrats and they’ve filed scores of lawsuits to change the rules set by state legislatures. Unfortunately, activist courts have been more than happy to accommodate many of them and the Supreme Court failed to put its foot down.
3. No, none of us recall a time like this when so many crucial state counts are delayed.  There’s also a legitimate concern about backdoor voter harvesting in some areas.  And we know for a fact that cities like Philadelphia have a problematic history.

1. Does Fauci have a Napoleonic Complex?  Well, he doesn't play well with others, not exactly a team player.  That helps explain how he has held on to his bureaucratic position for nearly 40-years, preventing all others from ascending to the job.
2. That is, he is a skilled and brutal bureaucratic insider who relies on his long-time media contacts for assistance.  Biden and Fauci are old buddies, having served in DC their entire careers, and having screwed up the response to the swine flu together in 2009.
3. You'd think that would have ended both of their careers.  But no.  Biden is nominated by the Democrats to run for president and Fauci is praised as the infallible scientific genius.
