In fact if Biden reaches 270, Trump is right not to concede the Election b/t where there's smoke there's fire. There will be WI & GA recounts which gives the Trump team time to compile regularities and all evidence found of fraud. This will go to judges, 3rd branch of govt. If
Biden toots his horn before he's won, he has hardly won. Yes the People elect POTUS, put no party has a license to commit systemic voter fraud or let illegal ballots be counted. After the recounts, if tranches of illegal ballots are found and subtracted and Biden's still ahead,
he wins. But if Trump gets to 270, Biden loses. Judges/Courts and maybe SCOTUS will decide the outcome of the Election.
