💙My soul feels nourished today.I used to feel this every day,past few months I fell out of alignment,especially the gap during the blue full moon was tough. Now im back to how I normally feel again,safe space,inner stillness,love/bliss state,receiving codes,downloads
able to listen to the universe's whispers again.
I am grateful.
Hopefully the next round of energies will not outspin my fields again as now till December/January as we all know it will be very very intense.

be received if we open our hearts & allow flow.Again it will feel quite uncomfortable as the universal dark shadow is being released,this all ties us back to the galactic wars traumas being released through our body.Our preparation is to know every emotion that presents itself is
a projection of our own insecurities,fears & deeply embedded pain,these are memories,old dense consciousnesses that wants to be seen,felt & released so that we can have enough space to embody more light.I understand it has been hard for many & it feels like its a never ending
episode,its the same for myself.But know that you chose to be here at this time for this opportunity & there will be no second takes once its action time.that is why every single day when we open our eyes,feel the energies within your body,feel grateful & honour whatever you are
feeling in that moment even though its a crappy feeling.As no crappiness last forever,a constant flow,if you need to cry,cry your lungs out,thats what i do,tears cleanses your soul.never ever push away emotions & swallow it,that is very damaging for your chakras
& health.
As we do that we keep pushing away densities that needs to move out.you will know you have done good clearing & anchored new light once your physical,mental,spiritual body feels lighter,the emotional heaviness is gone,this can happpen in a spilt second

from feeling depressed to sudden lightness or joy...ascension upgrades is sure full of comtinuos random emotions,im sure most are quite used to it by now.when you heal yourselves,you also heal the collective,Gaia & ALL,that is how important your own individual healing is🙏
