The US government has invested half a billion into Regeneron’s monoclonal antibody therapy as part of Operation Warp Speed. It’s still in early clinical trials. The target for it is people with “exceedingly high levels of the virus.” sciencemag.org/news/2020/09/p…

Underscoring again that this experimental Regeneron therapy that is first and foremost for people with very severe viral loads and/or high risk factors who have not yet produced sufficient antibodies. Could be precautionary or could mean things are worse than they look.
Even if she’s negative now, she may very well be surrounded by people who she’s infected. There’s a potential viral pocket around her, and who knows what the source is and who’s interacted with that source.
