The key question this morning is whether Republican state legislators in PA, MI, GA, AZ, etc would be willing to resist a sustained Trump/Fox push to ignore the election results and submit a dueling elector slate, triggering a constitutional crisis.
That’s already been floated by Mark Levin and Sean Hannity. As Fox works itself into a frenzy over bogus election fraud claims, those calls are likely to get louder.
So far, GOP state legislative leaders in PA, at least, have said they won’t toss the election results. Would that stick after, say, two weeks of Fox hosts demanding they do it and a Trump rally in the state?
Every step down this path is fraught with the possibility of civil unrest, state violence, and constitutional crisis. And it ends when Trump decides to stop, or when Fox and the GOP tell him no - something they’ve basically never done.
The Trump legal cases are obvious bullshit that I don’t think will survive scrutiny in court (though IANAL). But you need to also think of them as part of a disinformation effort playing out in the right-wing media bubble.
The president’s supporters are being primed to assume that any failure of the legal cases are deep state corruption. And the next remedy is a political one, aimed at GOP state legislators in gerrymandered seats who are closer to the Fox-and-Facebook-addled party base.
The frog is boiling. 
Probably going to be fine just purging the defense and intel bureaucracies and bringing in loyalists...
