Phase One provided undeniable proof that the shutdown was unnecessary and was the worst public policy mistake in #Bozeman history.

And it's not like @bozchron made one bad call on a snap judgement or such, no this is an ongoing train wreck.

Businesses followed the regulations and were shut down anyway. The lesson is that #Bozeman’s government will ignore reality and act arbitrarily regardless of reality.
