Lifting the car seat has repeatedly caused injury to my friend, as have attempts to secure the car seat to her chair. She need to be able to attach the seat to her chair and allow it to move so she can get her son in and out safely. The specifics of her needs are as follows: 2/
A carseat holder, on wheels, that can attach to the front of wheelchair and turn with the wheelchair.
Needs to be able to lift it up about 4 to 5 inches to fit power chair & carseat holder on lifts for the time it takes the lift to rise, lower. 3/

It should also lift, swivel the carseat, so it can be level with the bus seat so the carseat doesn't have to be lifted, lowered onto the bus seat. It also needs to be able to be attached to and detached from wheelchair with a button or switch quickly. 4/
My friend has needed this for quite some time, so the sooner we can make it happen the better. She's located in central Indiana. Both she and her husband are disabled so they aren't able to pay to have something made. 5/
