If a paralegal sends you the wrong information, should you still be billed for the letter?

So..my "friend's" paralegal sent them the wrong court date and they almost missed their hearing. They were billed $40.00 for that e-mail...

When "my friend" pushed back enough they got the $40 removed from the invoice along with a note that 'the paralegal followed procedure and if it happens again requests for refund will be denied"

Why stick that in there? Just to be crappy about it. Who gave who the wrong information?

Do people really read Yelp? I've never paid attention to that..🤔

Is it normal to never speak to the lawyer again after they're hired and get no advice from the paralegals?

GOP knew about COVID-19 and told no one. They allowed 45 to cut us off from WHO while firing ALL OVERSIGHT, leaving Jared alone with the $. They manipulated # in order to open early. Now people are dying and they don't care. As It turns out, death is actually quite profitable. 🙄

GOP allowed 45 and his private lawyer, Bill Barr to push a drug that he invested in, KNOWING it wasn't a cure. GOP THEN ALLOWED 45 to say it was a PREVENTATIVE MEASURE and LIE about personally taking it.
BARR went on FOX and said anyone who says it's bad is part of a JIHAD! HOW!

Dr. Rebekah Jones, a Florida SCIENTIST was FIRED by 45 because she REFUSED TO MANIPULATE THE NUMBERS to accommodate an EARLY REOPENING and this was okay with the GOP
