This article is a gaslight to the highest degree. It is not unlike what we've seen Trump do to our nation-- say one thing and attempt to coerce us to believe their words over what we've witnessed and lived.

Maya Angelou taught us that when someone shows us who they are, we should believe them the first time. Koch's investments have material outcomes. Those outcomes demonstrate what he believes. Budgets are moral documents.

Look to the investigative data PROVING the outcomes of Koch's investments from folks like @thelisagraves and @EXPOSEDbyCMD and @DeSmogBlog. Historian Nancy MacLean has demonstrated the context of how he has chained our democracy. @JaneMayerNYer continues to connect the dots...

It is violent to reply "oops" to the suffering Koch's choices have wrought. Koch-funded think tanks are currently churning out pieces lamenting the supposed opportunities for voter fraud catalyzed by increased accessibility of mail-in ballots.

We've learned so much from @prisonculture about accountability and transforming harm. IF Chuckie regrets his choices and admits that they are mistakes- he must choose to be accountable. He must take measurable steps to transform the harm of his choices.

Accountability could look like funding the grassroots organizers of color who've been fighting to protect our communities from the material outcomes of his investments.

What about supporting an amendment to #CitizensUnited that offers the chance for long-term solutions to problems inherent in treating corporations like real people?

What about ensuring that ALL donor agreements from the foundations he has influence over are TRANSPARENT and FREE of DONOR CONTROL/MANIPULATION?

We will continue to organize a base, a movement, which will prioritize placing people over profits and fight to reclaim our institutions from corporate interests. #UnKochEveryThing #UnKochMyCampus #ClimateJusticeNow #highereducation
