Breakdown of evidence pointing to a plane owned by Texas DPS that flew over South Dallas yesterday 11/14 was to intercept cell phone data from members of the Dallas Huey P Newton Gun Club. We are astonished to see this. #Dallasprotests #Dallaswontrest

Yesterday on 11/14 our team was monitoring air radar due to there being a large Trump rally at Dallas City hall around 1pm. We spotted a plane flying in the airspace over south Dallas around 1:30pm, and tweeted about the sighting at 1:42pm

This call sign N956TX is registered to TX DPS according to most air call sign sites. This is confirmed from the DPS symbol used on the tail of the plane and the plane identifier having "TX" in the callsign to indicate it is a government owned plane.

The plane is equipped with a long range camera made by L3 which has FLIR thermal imaging along with long range zoom. This is found on many drones used by the US military in combat. Notice the fins on the underside of the plane. These are not normal for this type of Cessna.

We know for sure because these fins are actually staggered as opposed to straight so they are not used for any kind of flight support, the plane also has a large sensor mounted near the front of the fins.

The ACLU filed a FOIA request against the US Marshals service in regards to surveillance planes used in operations. Notice a similar fin pattern to this surveillance plane. Along with a confirmed FBI plane armed with similar tech.

An example of the flight patterns match from that FBI plane match the flight patterns shown over Dallas, large circles concentrating the radius in the area that information needs to be captured. A great write up of that FBI plane is here: bloomberg.com/features/2016-…

How do Stingrays and DRT Boxes work? Basically all cell phones try and connect to the closest cell tower to give you data, when you move our of range of one tower and in range of another, the phone switches to the nest tower to keep you online and connected.

Stingrays and DRT boxes work as a Man In The Middle (MITM) by overpowering a cell tower in the area and forcing phones to connect to the "fake" tower, allowing them to view text messages, phone call logs, any communication that is not encrypted is sent to the "fake" tower.

During this time there was a large Trump rally at city hall. (Tweets during this time are on our titter) where multiple armed militias including the oathkeepers and 3% militia were open carrying in the city hall plaza. Not once did this surveillance plane fly in that airspace.

We got conformation of information we were getting yesterday 11/14 that the Huey P Newton Gun Club Dallas chapter was marching in this area during the time of this planes flight as they tweeted a video today 11/15

Via FOIA requests we can confirm that the state of Texas along with Fort Worth PD have access to multiple Stingray systems in specific the king fisher system. muckrock.com/foi/dallas-190…

So this surveillance plane flies over Black led open carry groups in a predominately Black area to intercept phone data and attempt to identify people on the ground. At this very same time multiple armed far right groups are stationed in front of Dallas City hall.

DPD had undercover agents in the crowd and we have proof of this. They knew some militia members were conceal carrying so the numbers are much more than who was spotted open carrying. Many people had rifles in their trucks as well.

A group of 500 Trump supporters with multiple armed far right groups, some of which were implicated in domestic terrorist attacks are able to not have their phone data intercepted, and yet when Black people march the state sends in military grade surveillance systems.

This is very reminiscent of COINTELPRO where the FBI spied on, assassinated and discredited many civil rights leaders. This is very sad that we have direct evidence of state surveillance of Black people in our backyard.

A word of caution to anyone who was at the Huey Newton march yesterday 11/14 or live in South Dallas. Any information you sent, text messages, phone calls, web pages browsed, were most likely sent to Texas DPS.

They do this to find any incriminating information on you, even if you send a text as a joke, they will try and use that information as a reason to execute a search warrant because you pose a "threat". Especially if you are armed, you are a target.

Don't believe us? This happened with the leader of Gorilla Mainframe. In Dallas. Not too long ago. A pro second amendment group of Black men in Dallas. This has happened before and it may happen again.

We have put out information on securing your digital communications. If you are a Black 2A supporter,a protest organizer, a protester, or a journalist you need to take care of your operational security and protect your data by encrypting EVERYTHING.

We need to understand that the state can and will spy on you. The state feels threatened that the population is tired of police violence. The people are tired of state oppression. Tired of right wing tyranny and terrorism and they will do anything they can to track you.
