Lockdowns kill but what can I do?

Start Local - bombard your local police & sheriff with calls asking if lockdown will be enforced.

Sheriffs are elected - be very clear that enforcement means unemployment for them.

2) City Council Members - fill their inbox with messages, call & tell them to tell the county to fuck off.

Go to every & any city council meeting & voice resistance to lockdown.

Attack their pet projects.

3) The Mayor - if you called the sheriff & council members- the mayor already knows but you need to make it clear NO LOCKDOWN & no means no

Phone, email, tweet, comment on city pages,

Bring a halt to city/town business until they agree to push back on county

4) If you did any of the 3 above - share the emails & phone numbers you called with local friends, family, on Nextdoor, Facebook groups, etc.

You need help to win. You need neighbors want to help but don’t know how. Now you do.

5) County Supervisors & Directors - call, email, post on their pages, publicize their public contact info, attack their pet causes, make them work.

6) State Representatives from your district get the same treatment. Make note of their willingness to listen & help & vote accordingly.

7) DO NOT POLITICIZE —-POPULARIZE
Politicians want votes, need to be popular to win. Your allies are every race, party, age being hurt financially, emotionally, medically.
Covid kills the old & sick, Lockdowns kill everyone.

8) REWIND & REPEAT UNTIL MESSAGE IS RECEIVED AT STATE LEVEL.

I cannot emphasize enough that this is not a political issue so DO NOT politicize your actions.

Recruit every person laid off, shut down, cut back, out of school - even your kids! I never say that but having your kid call his teacher & principal to say I want to come back is ok

They are getting paid WITH YOUR MONEY to harass & hurt you.

They are getting paid & you are getting fired, laid off, cut back, downsized.

They move freely while you are locked down.
