11/17/20 FREEING YOURSELF--HEALING YOURSELF--FROM THE TRAUMA THAT BINDS YOU. Hello, friends, beautiful warriors for the light. Today I want to share a message with you that can hopefully help you as you continue to heal yourself so you can serve better.

All of us who have served on this planet, whether for one incarnation or hundreds, experienced trauma, which has the effect of creating an energetic bond against our soul. Some of this trauma was caused by others. Sometimes we caused the trauma by our own actions.

Many of us agree, as part of the terms of our contract of serving here, to enter into relationships with souls of human origin, or other lightworkers, who need our help. We marry, bear, adopt, or otherwise associate with those souls who have problems--some very big problems.

Whereas some of us incarnate over and over again with our "twin flames," or other partners, others among us, myself included, pack each lifetime with the hope we can serve another soul in need of help, by entering into human relationships with those who need us.

This is the reason why so many of our human relationships are so hard. There is an underlying reason we meet up with these people, or bear or adopt these children--and it is not for our benefit. It is for service. We teach here primarily on a one-to-one basis.

While we hope that these contractual relationships work out, and we can provide service that will help the individuals we serve to change, many times it us who is changed. We can experience traumatic events and circumstances during our time of service.

The important thing to remember, when we experience trauma of any kind, is that it is (as is everything) an energetic process, that can only be neutralized by different energy. We know from the Law of One what the cure for trauma is.

All trauma continues to infest us as an energetic bond until we let it go, and shed the residue that binds us. The way we neutralize the energetic bond, and allow ourselves to shed the energetic bond, is to forgive the one who hurt us.

Awhile ago, one of my friends on social media was expressing genuine pain and hurt, after being psychologically injured by the one she loved the most. Many of us have had this happen--we are hurt by our parents, our children, our lovers.

I attempted to reach out, and offer my perspective and experience with forgiveness, as the only real cure for trauma. My friend got really upset, and told me I was wrong to suggest that she should forgive someone who hurt her so badly.

My friend demonstrated a real truth--we are free to hang on to our trauma as long as we want. But when we hang onto it, we neglect to see another equal truth--that hanging on to trauma does nothing to affect the one who hurts us. It only hurts us more to hang on.

When we are not here serving on a Third Density planet, which has a majorly limiting energetic frequency, it is easy for us to shed the karma we accumulate from trauma. Places with higher harmonic resonance allow for simple shedding of karma we collect from serving.

Here on Earth, we can choose to lug around all the karma we collect as we serve here, all of the results of our karma, until we get back to where we came from and shed it. Or, we can neutralize the energy here and get rid of it now--simply by forgiving what traumatized us.

I know how hard it is to forgive those who really hurt us. I've told you how very ordinary my life has been as I've served among you, here on planet Earth. This is a tough venue. It is hard to let go when we are in pain, when what we would really like is vengeance or an apology.

Again, though, all we do, when we continue to look for vengeance or seek apologies, is allow ourselves to be further traumatized. We just hurt ourselves. This is one of the most difficult lessons to learn, or remember, as a soul.

I've told you before about the past lives of fellow travelers I've heard about as I did BQH and QHHT sessions over the past years. One thing that always rings true is that many souls carry the energy of pain from one lifetime to the next, because they refuse to forgive.

We all need to heal ourselves first, in order to be able to help Humanity heal from its struggles. The next few years will be quite a bumpy ride here on this planet, and we need to be at our best, and our strongest, as individual souls. We need to let go of our trauma.

Forgiving those who caused trauma does not require us to be dumb in the future. We are always entitled to keep ourselves safe, and to have appropriate boundaries within our relationships. Loving and caring for ourselves is necessary to be able to love and care for others.

Forgiveness is a process, rather than an event, and sometimes it takes time to work through incremental steps to fully letting go. Therapy can really help. Some people find books really helpful. Friends can help. Find what you need that will help you let go.

As you let go of what has traumatized you, you will regain the peace you brought with you to this planet. You will find your ability to love and to serve will increase, as you regain the peace in your own soul that comes from getting rid of the karmic bonds of trauma.

I want to assure you again that your soul groups or gestalts know who you are, where you are, and how you serve. They are ready to help you shed your trauma and heal, simply by calling upon them for help during your quiet moments of meditation or prayer.

I love you each as individuals, and see what you have gone through to serve here on this planet. Your hard work and pain is recognized and appreciated throughout this galaxy and beyond. Take care of yourself. Forgive, and shed the trauma. Our team will be stronger because of you.
