The color revolution and the attempt for what appears to be a national takeover of our election systems is really an attempt to transfer control of our elections to the national level (national voter registration database behind the concept of security).
If the mission to nationalize our election systems is accomplished, the national system can be globalized with nobody being the wiser except for people who work on the systems.
