EXCLUSIVE: INEC has received a notice of petition to recall Hon. Mojisola Alli-Macaulay (@mamaamuwo), member representing Amuwo Odofin Constituency I, from the Lagos House of Assembly.

The petition was received by INEC on Monday, November 2.

Signatures will be submitted soon.
Aggrieved constituents say she:

*used COVID-19 palliatives as birthday souvenir

*has refused to give account of stewardship

*has failed to have a constituency office

*is yet to sponsor a bill

*is inaccessible to constituents
Over 50% of registered voters in Amuwo Odofin Constituency I must sign a recall register and submit to INEC.

*If the signatures are verified to be authentic, a referendum will be held with a simple majority expected to vote Yes or No.
