UPDATE: PA SD-45

Dem Brewster maintains 17 vote lead after 280 provisionals counted in Westmoreland. Assumption was these would push GOP Zicarrelli into lead

PA Supreme Court still to decide if ~300 Allegheny mail-ins will be counted, mail-ins have been breaking to Brewster
Looks like Commonwealth Court reversed the Allegheny County judge's decision to count those mail-ins. The decision is now remanded to court of common pleas. I am not sure what this means. @benwren can you explain
And we are still waiting on a few more votes from westmoreland
OK, folks, a remaining precinct came in and some more provisionals, the race is literally TIED

Huge news for PA SD-45!
Here is my thread from earlier for context. This is the last uncalled race in PA state leg. If Brewster wins, it would keep the balance of state Sen same as before, while still in Republican control
Also, why hasn’t Westmoreland County counted its provisionals yet???

NEW: About 30 Trump supporters here in Pittsburgh, led by local GOP state Rep. candidate Danny DeVito (R-Carnegie), who lost his race, falsely claiming there are hundreds of thousands of illegal ballots cast for Biden.

“We will never accept Joe Biden as a legitimate president”
About a dozen people of the 30 have left, not sure if they are coming back or what exactly is going on
There arguably just as many press members are rally goers and DeVito makes baseless claims of voter fraud in Coraopolis (in his district) followed by then shouting. Got to wonder what we (press) are all doing here?

This tweet is filled with incomplete information. it's not just a day off. County CAN'T LEGALLY COUNT 29k of 35k ballots today due to court order, bc a contracting company sent out wrong mail-in ballots last month and they needed to be replaced.
Background on those 29,000 ballots, which had to be resent earlier due to an error from contracted company, one that actually flied Trump flags at their HQ spotlightpa.org/news/2020/11/p…
