Perhaps @brianstelter would like to look into how this happened and address it. Seems like a media story worth looking into.
Jake Tapper won't address this on his show. Brian Stelter will ignore it. There won't be suspensions of Camerota or the producers. No eye rolls from Anderson Cooper.

Twitter won't label tweets from CNN as disputed and anyone who wants to do segments or hits on CNN in media will ignore it and then lament why millions of people aren't listening to them and entertaining themselves with conspiracy theories instead. Rinse repeat.
