Per @Lt_Jashinske officers responded to a report of a shooting at Sonic. He was able to confirm there are multiple victims with gunshot wounds. @OmahaPolice Bomb Team is on scene investigating a device so the perimeter remains large.
Large perimeter remains mostly in place. Additional command units and officers from other shifts hitting on duty and taking calls.

Silva, Roberto Carlos (23) has been booked into the Sarpy County Jail by @BellevuePolice this morning on suspicion of 1st Degree Murder and Felony Arson.
Note: Silva was booked on charges of Misdemeanor Identity Theft last Wednesday (11/18/20) and released the next day, Thursday (11/19/20).

Thread: Overnight, Bellevue Police and nearly a dozen surrounding agencies responded to reports of a vehicular bomb and active shooter at the Sonic near 15th and Cornhusker. Four employees were shot, two fatally. Below are some details of the incident...
The call initially went out as a bomb in a moving truck at the Sonic at 21:24. A caller reported seeing a U-Haul parked in the lot of Sonic with pipes and wires sticking out of it. A minute later at 21:25, 911 received calls from inside advising there was an active shooter...
At 9:26 the first officer arrived on scene. Shortly after, a male matching the suspect description was taken into custody on scene without incident. Dispatch had already toned out BFD for a structure fire/active shooter as the U-Haul had ignited and was fully involved.
