I understand the mode of ur concern but, I can tell u 'India is a secular democracy'- this statement can be challenged & categorically questioned under not only constitutional ambiguity but also the implementation of several policies of our country .(1/13)
Though it's need a big-time discussion to divulge the obscurity, here I'm only fetching some points to shed light on the issue.
Dictionary defines secularism as "the belief that religion should not play a role in government, education, or other public parts of society". (2/13)
It suggests-"separation of religion and state".By this,I'd submit that the India is not a secular country. I further assert that the policies of the Indian state are nor just unsecular but smack of blatant religious reverse-discrimination against its majority community.(3/13)
1) Variant civil laws:
Hindus,Sikhs&Buddhists are covered by the Hindu code bills (Hindu Marriage Act, Hindu Succession Act etc.) when Muslims&Christians are covered by distinct Personal laws. So,they inherit property differently, have different rules for marriage,divorce.(4/13)
2) Government control on place of worship:
The Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Act(1951) allows state governments to take over temples & control vast properties & assets. (5/13)
Bizarrely, the state can use the money generated by a temple for purposes that have absolutely nothing to do with not just the temple but even those which have nothing to do with Hindus or Hinduism.Interestingly, none of this applies to mosques, churches, gurudwaras . (6/13)
Even the govt. has no legal authority to take over the management of a non-Hindu place of worship.
3) Variant laws for schools- Majority vs Minority:
Did u know that even though minority schools (not all,but many) receive money from the government in the form of grants.(7/13)
they need not comply with the regulations of the RTE Act? While the govt. has clearly not spared even private schools that receive no money from them, from RTE regulations that force schools to reserve 25% of seats for economically backwards .(8/13)
Though it had not dared to go anywhere near minority schools.Note that Hindu schools receive no such exemption.
4) Discrimination on imbursement of Subsidies for pilgrimage : (9/13)
GOI had a habit of direct spending of near about 800 cr./year on Haj subsidies. The SC passed an order that directed the govt. to phase out this subsidy within 10 years on May,2012 but still it didn't see any further implementation in true sense.(10/13)
If the state were so keen to subsidize pilgrimages, shouldn't it subsidize the pilgrimages of all religions? Why are subsidies of the same scale not extended to an Amarnath Yatra or Kumbh Mela or for that matter a pilgrimage to Israel? (11/13)
Before arguing that the govt. spends a lot for providing pilgrims of the Amarnath Yatra or Kumbh Mela security I'd submit that the provision of security to citizens is not a favour but a basic responsibility of any state. (12/13)
---These are 4 concrete examples of blatant reverse-discrimination against Hindus by the Indian state. Most of them are known by all of u .Here,I just try to accumulate them to frame a synergic enunciation.
That's all ..🙏🙏(13/13) @arifaajakia@SweetKmina@AnirCareer@msmeabc0
Plez, @azharaslam sir I think you need to brush up ur historical facts as it's showing dingy now. Let me enlighten some of your dimness with my sober capacity as a staunch learner of history.🙏🙏
1.Sir,first of all Chhatrapati Maharaja Shivaji is not only the rulers of Hindus rather he formed the genesis of the Maratha Empire. In 1674. He was the 'Chhatrapati' ( emperor) of his realm like what Alamgir was for Mughals.
So, as an emperor he's the leader of all people who settled in his kingdom irrespective of any caste-creed-religion. 2. Chhatrapati was not adhered with any communal atrocity like what Alamgir did with Hindus. Even staunch critics of Maharaj couldn't point a single incident.
New Agriculture Bills: Bone Of Contention
-Propelling turmoil or a boon for poor farmers..
Three Bills on agriculture reforms were introduced in the Parliament to replace the ordinances issued during the lockdown ..
The Farmers’ Produce Trade &Commerce Bill, 2020
•The Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement of Price Assurance and Farm Services Bill, 2020
•The Essential Commodities (Amendment) Bill, 2020
The Farmers’ Produce Trade & Commerce Bill has following provisions ---
•Opens up agricultural sale &marketing outside the notified APMC-mandis for farmers
•Removes barriers to inter-State trade
•Provides a framework for electronic trading
•Prohibits State governments from collecting market fee, cess or levy for trade outside the APMC .
Do India have any involvement or collusion in 'Balochistan Insurgency' for reciprocation of Kashmir Dispute?

'I think being a liberal, in the true sense,is being nondoctrinaire, nondogmatic,non-committed to a cause- but examining each case on its merits... I think most newspapermen by definition have to be liberal;if they're not liberal, by my definition of it...
..then they can hardly be good newspapermen. If they're preordained dogmatists, they can't be very good journalists..'
This mere differentiation is clearly visible in todays media & even in the video. Where @fakharzai7 bhai is ascending in the tracts of journalism...

@Arzookazmi30 jee,
This latest rally of Maulana is the direct outcome of MBS's aggressive agenda to intervene in local politics. You know better than me how the Saudi influence has been enrooted in your socio-religious & politico-religious spectrum.
