Here's the new October 13 Health Protection Scotland guidance on care homes (as reported by @johncferguson today) that inserts a "clinical interests" exemption to the testing policy as stated by Jeane Freeman to the Scottish Parliament on April 21
Data in Oct showed patients were still being discharged to care homes after April 21, when mandatory testing policy announced.
