Fairy disingenuous to challenge people on reality—sex is reality & millions of girls are missing in India because of sex and the Dalit women are being raped because of sex—and then claim victimhood because people challenge your weak assertions.

an entire generation of gay men die of AIDS. I watched my late brother grieve his friends, whilst facing homophobic beatings that nearly killed him.

If you cannot wrap your thick brain around this, then IDGAF who you are, what your cortisol levels are, how many flipping degrees you have and what other rhetorical l bollocks you will try to manipulate the argument with.

Sex is immutable. Transitioning doesn't change sex.

Human are not sequential hermaphrodites. That's a fact.

I've read all the papers by Blanchard, Cantor ... I've read Deb Soh's book and I looked at all those citations.

Do not pretend to be the only one in the know about the science.

SEX STILL NEVER CHANGES.

When a patient crashes and I call a code blue and the internist and the crash cart team show up you wanna know what the first thing the doc will ask?

Sex and age of patient. Sex matters because it's physiologic, embedded in our every cell.

I don't have to believe a person's sex has changed b/c they FEEL LIKE IT

any more than I had to believe that florridly psychotic patient i once had who said i should be punished for stealing her boyfriend. Or that other patient I had who said her chicken drumstick was dancing in her plate.

I will be polite and honour pronouns. I will support adults in whatever they choose to do. I judge no adult who finds a measure of comfort in transitioning. Mine is never to judge that.

But I will not stand to be called a bigot for standing up for truth.

And I will also not be called a traitor for supporting what adults choose to do.

It's very possible to have compassion and tolerance without worshipping a secular ideology.

And if you lack the emotional resilience to debate then don't enter into debates.
