Here is where things get weird. A simple search does not identify an address in Richmond, Virginia. It shows the closest match to the city of Glen Allen near Richmond, and it’s a typical residential house.

When searching this Glen Allen address, I found a second company “Election Systems Acquisition & Management Services, Inc” showing the same address and a contact number. Huh interesting

A search of the phone number list yet ANOTHER voting company ”Demtech Voting Solutions, Inc” and again is located at a residential house in TX.

A street view of Demtech Voting Solutions, Inc shows a less than professional location and should raise red flags to everyone along with the name.

This shady company-to-company cup game goes on and on, and I feel you could spend a lifetime digging this stuff up. For now, let's get back to the Glen Allen address of Election Systems Acquisition & Management Services.

A public records search of the Glen Allen address identifies Hugh Gallagher as the main contact for this and for Election Systems Acquisition & Management Services, Inc

Also shown in the last link is a donation to Eric Cantor for congress in 2004. A quick search of Eric and an interesting fact showed up “Cantor won with 75.5% of the vote” that same year. That's a high percent...

So who is Hugh Gallagher? His linked in profile shows he worked for both SCYTL, Smartmatic, and numerus other voting and election companies.

Hugh knows something if not everything going on. He’s clearly one of the gatekeeps and has been playing this hopscotch election game for a long time. Seems like it’s open to the highest bidder.
