For men who have been in long relationships & their live in wife/gf doesn't give them sex, respect them or please them, here is the solution.

A Thread

1.Get a gym membership & a designated gym time.
2. Find a good coffee shop/bar where multiple women hang out.
3. Always engage sex with yoyr woman before gym time. If she rejects you, pick up your gym back & go workout, leave in a good mood come back in a better one.

Do this for months on end, as you become more attractive, more women will stare your way, you will be more confident & engage more people. You will be more liked by the group & your wife/gf will feel like an outsider for not noticing your growth. If that doesn't work...

Begin frequently visiting the hotspot for women that you have, make sure you engage your woman for sex, if she accepts or declines, still go out. Start to hardwire her mind that sex isn't enough to keep you pleased & that you will improve & move forward with or without her...

This will make her realise she needs to do more to retain your attention. She will begin to become more pleasant & cater to you. Add the fact that your improving fitness & appearance has women staring at you when you're out with your Mrs & you've been chatting up more women...

She will be forced to abandon all ideas of you as a beta & a non sexual mate. She will realise that you are the prize & thst she must shape up accordingly. What if she doesn't respond after this...

At this point you've been improving for 6 months to 1 year & will feel better, look better & socialise better. Getting sex from your woman is no longer your origin point, YOU ARE! You have now carved out an identity independent of your Mrs & no longer need her.

You've improved yourself & cultivated more options. If your woman still disrespects you & denies you sex after this. You must LEAVE. Take the divorce take the break up, it will be ugly, it will be costly but it will be much better than being sucked dry by an unpleasable hag!
